We don’t allow your vendor to use your account number or tender shipments freight collect. Tendering freight collect shipments is like providing vendors your company credit card.

Claims Processing and Resolution
Our Leveraged Platform secures best in class carriers with excellent handling capabilities and low claims ratios. When an unfortunate damage or mis-handling occurs, we coordinate the claims process and work with the carrier to provide prompt claims resolution that is satisfactory to our clients.
